Role & Responsibilities:

    • Install new chemical dosing system and maintain current installed systems.
    • Extract data on usage via computer interface.
    • Program dosing systems and washing and drying equipment of many manufacturers.
    • Perform field chemical and water analysis.
    • Basic understanding of Laundry & Dry Cleaning

Job Title 3 : IT Administrator

Location:Kriftel, Germany

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support, administer and maintain the server and client landscape based on VMware, Linux and Windows
  • Ensuring the smooth and secure operation of IT in compliance with data protection and legal regulations
  • Shared responsibility for the implementation and coordination of IT projects together with colleagues or service providers
  • Support of IT support for 2nd and 3rd level inquiries from employees and
  • Participation in the introduction of a new ERP system as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the Seitz GmbH website and shop

Job Title 4 : Technical Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and supporting detergents and cleaning agents used by professional textile care providers. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored and sustainable solutions and training to Retail and Industrial Laundries, Drycleaners, Hospitality, and On-Premise processing laundry facilities. Collaborating with distribution partners, you will actively engage with customer prospects to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition levels, and ensure overall profitability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Textile Care sector with a basic understanding of Laundry and Dry Cleaning, or
  • Background in Textile Manufacturing (Textile Engineer), or
  • Experience in selling detergents/cleaning products and/or selling and maintaining washing and drycleaning machines.
  • English Speaking proficiency.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to program washing machines and dosing systems, installing and maintaining chemical dispensing systems
  • Basic understanding of Plumbing and Electrical components (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Willingness to learn or proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn CRM practices with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Job Title 5 : Production Worker

Location:Gurugram, India
Job Description:


  • Operate production equipment
  • Maintain the Factory’s machines
  • Mixing of Raw Materials
  • Store products and materials
  • Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
  • Report on defective products or machinery
  • Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials
  • Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
  • Transfer equipment manually or with forklift trucks
  • Follow the company’s safety and quality guidelines

Requirements and skills:

  • Previous experience as a production worker or similar role in a Factory/Production
  • Good understanding of how production equipment works
  • Ability to detect potential problems with machinery
  • Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
