Shipping Policies

You have entered the Seitz Web shop for Seitz USA. All products purchased on this site are intended for delivery in the continental 48 states of USA. Generally, everything we have in stock ships out within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of the order for orders received by 12:00 noon (EST) Monday through Friday. If there is extra lead time is needed with a product in your order, we will notify you. Tracking numbers are available for all shipments and will be shared via Email. 

All orders will be acknowledged within one (1) business day. You should receive a proforma of the order that will include current product cost, shipping and handling, and all applicable taxes and duties. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information. We do not accept responsibility for late packages due to incorrect shipping information (i.e., incorrect or incomplete address). Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM (Est). Seitz is closed on weekends and holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and/or weather. When your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement via email that confirms the date it shipped along with tracking information. Once you receive your freight and/or package(s), we suggest you examine everything and if anything is damaged please contact us as soon as possible at(8130) 886-2700or email atinfo.USA@Seitz24.com. All reports of damage must include the following: Invoice number, your contact information, & Photos of Damage.
