Shipping Policies

We ship to Pan India addresses. Generally, everything we have in stock ships out the next day for orders received by 3:00 PM (IST) Monday through Friday. If there is extra lead time associated with a product in your order, we will notify you. Tracking capabilities are available for all shipments and will be shared via Email.

Shipping costs are based on the products purchased and the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, heavy or oversized items will incur an additional shipping charge based on the size and weight of the item. If this is the case with your order, we will call you to discuss any additional shipping charges before your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping information. We do not accept responsibility for late packages due to incorrect shipping information (i.e., incorrect or incomplete address). Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM (IST). It is closed on holidays and weekends. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather. When your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgement via email that confirms the date it shipped along with tracking information. Shipment and Tracking Details

• Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation mail including all your order details

• Once the order is shipped, it will be under our surveillance till delivery.

Shipment Delays

• There might be delays due to unavoidable circumstances which would be beyond our control including festivals, holidays, lockouts, etc.

• No refund or returns will be entertained during such times.

• However, exchange or replacement options will be available for this.
