Cancellation & Refund

1. No replacement or order cancellation after seal is open (NO REFUND)

2. Kindly email us at seitz-india@seitz24.com for order to be cancelled within 24 Hours of the payment with Order number (REFUND WITHIN 3 DAYS TO CUSTOMER AFTER CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION) or order can be cancelled after 7 days of Delivery Date only in the case the products are sealed by mailing us at seitz-india@seitz24.com with sealed product pictures (REFUND TO CUSTOMER WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT BACK IN OFFICE & SHIPPING COST TO BE BORNE BY CUSTOMER)

3. In case of Damage, customer will prove Damage by sharing picture of the Damaged products with us, we will send replacement of the product to the customer (IN THIS CASE, REFUND IS NOT INVOLVED)
