Polysol KWV

Pre-spotting agent for hydrocarbon solvents

Polysol KWV is highly suitable for pre-spotting (brushing on) of particularly stubborn staining and has the ability to loosen and soften both water and fat based soiling. These properties make removal of stains and dirt during subsequent dry-cleaning easier.

The amount of work needing post-spotting is significantly reduced, resulting in considerably faster work throughput. Polysol KWV is free from chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents and has a flash point above 70°C.

Application:

Polysol KWV is to be used undiluted for brushing on water-based stains, perspiration rings and staining consisting of wine, milk, milk-based drinks, food residues, beer, fruit juices etc. Polysol KWV has proven to be particularly well suited for stubborn fat and pigment soiling on collars, sleeve linings, turn-ups and pockets of trousers, as well as for pre-treatment of sportswear and weather-protective clothing.

Recommended Dosage

For heavily soiled clothing which is not moisture sensitive, spray water with an atomizer on the dirt and then apply a mixture of 1 part Polysol KWV with 2 parts HC solvent.
