Basic alkaline detergent

Prime Set is a highly alkaline basic detergent for use in the pre-wash and the main wash, suited for all kinds of laundry made from cotton and polyester. The product encourages moistening of the textiles and quick fibre swelling.

Due to its high alkalinity, effective grease removal is reached in the case of saponifyable oils and greases.

For the purpose of obtaining an optimal whiteness degree, we recommend to additionally use a detergent with an optical brightener in the main wash.

• Aspect: clear, light yellow liquid
• Total alkalinity: 3,5 g/l (1 % solution)
• Caustic alkalinity: 3,8 g/l (1 % solution)
• pH-value: approx. 13,5 (1 % solution)
• Density: approx. 1,37 g/ml (20 °C)

Recommended Dosage:

Per kg dry laundry at a bath ratio of 1 : 4

• Water Hardness 0 – 7, Dosage: 1-5 ml/kg
• Water Hardness 7 - 14, Dosage: 2-6 ml/kg
